Fully furnished master bedroom with own private bathroom with high-pressure shower heads, and includes either one king-size bed 200cm X 200cm or two single 120cm X 200cm beds, mini fridge, led-TV + free dish, cooling & heating air conditioner 9000-btu. wall-mounted fan, we provide towels and bedsheets.

Our Terrace includes a gazebo lounge area with a fireplace, a large 50" led smart TV, a picnic/BBQ area, a kitchenette, beautifully landscaped terrace garden with a seasonal outdoor 2000 litres pool for children/adults. The Terrace is a common area that connects all studios however each studio has its own sitting area in front.

The residence includes free wifi (fibre optic speed), parking, washing & dryer available for $4.00 up to 7 kg per wash, security cameras for parking & common area surveillance around the property for safety & deterrence.

RENTAL PRICES;

Short-term rentals are a minimum of 2 nights.

One adult is $25/night, Two adults $30/night, and 3 adults $35/night. Weekly available for two adults for $150 for seven nights

Monthly Long-term rentals for up to 2 adults are $275/month, and 3 adults are $375/month.

No extra fees for Children under 12 years. Extra folding bed $5.00 per night for short stays.

Note: Please be advised, that some guests do leave the AC, Fan, TV, etc. running all day long while out, so to come back to a cooler room when it only takes 5 minutes to cool the room down. in order to protect the interest of our conservative guests from unfair pricing, we have lowered our rent to the current prices listed above and installed a power meter counter in each studio so the guests only pay for their own AC/Power consumption and avoid unfair flat-fee pricing to guests who don't consume as much as others, Thanks for understanding.

• Free cancellations up to 24 hours from time of booking.
• Confirmed booking reservations paid, are non-refundable.
• We require a $50 deposit upon booking confirmation, this will be applied and deducted from the total amount due upon arrival.
• Guests should clean up after thire use of all common areas to keep things respectful for all guests.
• We are pet friendly (Pet security deposit is $100) Just no bears or alligators.
• We accept all Visa and Master cards. All credit cards used will be verified with their issuing financial institutions for safety and protection against fraud.
• We do accept American Express at the reception, (Not for online transactions).

Note: Foreign guests must show reservation receipt to Immigration / Amnil-Aam upon arrival for their VISA issuance at the airport or border crossing. No reservation receipt may cause a delay and even a denial of entry into Lebanon.
